I have a ton of weeds in my backyard right now and have been wanting to add them to my new tortoise diet. I got a Plant ID app on my phone but I just want to double check that the identification is right.
My understanding is that these are all Thistles and are good to give to a Russian Tortoise. Also does anyone have any tips on identifying Thistles that aren't prickly

Willow herb? Has little pink flowers on the end.
Part of the dandelion family. Has really long shoots with yellow dandelion leaves. Is it safe to feed?
Knotgrass, Cucumber grass? Not really sure about this one it grows very low to the ground throughout the rocks.
