Awsome pics! do i see foxtail stickers in the substrate? I know for dogs and other creatures, they can be deadly. Get into eyes, and if ingested can cause problems as well.

Laura- That's not his enclosure, just a spot in my yard i decided to let him explore, under close supervision of course. We left that spot for the exact reason you said, he thought those looked like a tasty snack so we went back to the grass.

Tortuga_terrestre- My boyfriend and his family hatched him

Microtrumpet- I think around 12 inches? But I've heard of some being 17 or 18 inches and 20 pounds. So i guess it varies. Someone with more experience may want to correct me if I'm wrong??

Truthfully I seldom go into any thread which I know has a DT in it, because for me it's like drying of thirst in the desert and looking at pictures of big tall glasses of water with the sweat bead running down the side of the frosty glass. Your pictures are awesome! As for the DT, he's pretty awesome too.
