Duckweed Lighting

I have a 10 gal turtle tank with the Aqua Culture LED tank top and I was wondering if I could grow duckweed under this lighting?

Or grow any aquatic plants

try it duckweed is cheap to free .... plants need red and blue spectrum lights , i mix 6500k with 2600k fluorescents , and everything does well ....... you could try rooting low light plants out the top of the tank , arrowhead vine and peace lilly's will grow with bare roots in the tank ......
