Earthworms ????? Please answer -.-

Well i live in the uk and can i feed my redfoot 'Wild caught' earthworms because i dont really have the money to buy them yet.....
And if yes how do i feed them...i imagine them slivering away and drieing up and the rotting and making a bad smell please! ?:rolleyes: :(

I just lay the worms on the feeding rock and they go to town. If one is eating faster than another, I sometimes get that scene from "Lady and the Tramp" where they are eating spaghetti.

Good Luck, I think you will find that they like them, very much.

I do the same.....put them on the feeding rock. I've seen Pio scraping under a piece of slate, when outside looking for worms.

I do the same as EJ I just put that worm in there, Rusty sees is wiggling around and he chomps it right down. Easy!!

And, if you are keeping your redfoot's habitat moist, as you should be, then the escaped worms will just dig down and stay alive.
