I am desperate here. My turtle, Junie Moon, has not eaten in over seven days. I have taken her to the vet who determined there was no infection, and she was not going into hibernation, and she was not egg bound. The vet dewormed, treated for parasites. That was last Thursday and there has been no change in her condition.
Details. She is served a diverse selection of foods. They are rotated regularly. Wet food, dried meal worms, Turtle pellets, fruits and vegetables, such as raspberries and spring mix, and live super worms. Her enclosure is a kiddie pool, with bark substrate, a ceramic hidy hole, one-inch deep six-inch wide terracotta water dish, next to bay window with additional uva and uvb lamps, a flat rock for sitting and eating off of, and a food dish.
She has been in this environment for three years. She is disabled in that she only has her front legs, the back having been chewed off by a predator.
I'm in emergency mode and need input from the experts on this forum. Please help with suggesting interventions before I go to the emergency vet, which will drain financials.
