Our little cutie is supposed to be a Western Hermann but after looking at a few threads, I am not so sure. He looks like he could be an Eastern (or a mix?).

Looks to be Western who produced it? Did you get to see detailed pics of the parents?
Unfortunately, we don’t know. We wish we had gotten it from you, but we didn’t know any better. It’s from Tortoise Town - hence the doubts. We are already in love with this cutie, though.
