Edible?

does anyone know what type of weed or grass these are and if it's edible?

The one on the left looks like crab grass, but I'd have to see it growing, and the one on the right looks like nut grass. Nut grass has little nuts on the roots and unless you get them when you pull the plant, it keeps growing. Both are edible.

That's spurge in the clump of nut grass, high in oxalates, but edible as part of a varied diet.
