Elongated?

hi I'm new here and getting my first tortoise this evening! I have done my share of research but this person says this tortoise is a one year old elongated but by the looks of him i think it's a Greek. Can anyone help me with this??

can someone tell me what breed this little guy is? I'm told by the seller it's elongated....but I believe he's a Greek. One person has said sulcata. image.jpegimage.jpeg

Looks more like testudo marginata than a Greek to me?

Maybe it was a slip of the tongue? Enlongated/marginated tortoise sounds very similar.

They do look slightly alike but in searching a baby elongated I don't think it looks anything like my little guy that's why I was confused.

Those triangular markings on the plastron are characteristic for marginated tortoises.
Personally,I like them even better than Greeks, so I hope you are not disappointed. ;)

I think he's a cute :<3: Greek tort.

(By the way, I have had a Greek tort for about five and a half years). ;)
