enclosure clean up

how often do you guys clean your enclosure?
how can you clean the spot which tort has pee on or poop on?I mean their poop is easy to see, but they pee everywhere, fortunately, it doesn't smell..

I clean rocky's once a month, he always poops on his rocks so its an easy clean up and when he pees it is easy to spot because of his substrate

Most people spot clean reg.
Do a good cleaning and change the substrate every couple months to month.

I am a neat freak but I clean poo out of her cage as soon as I see it and I clean her cage monthly.

Usually as I am feeding or giving water, is when I do my "spot" cleanings. Now if I think one area is getting yucky, I will remove that area's substrate. I do a complete and total clean out twice a year (spring and fall).
