I’m guessing they wanted to be warm? Bleck. I just went to check on Ms Leonora today after it stopped raining and found two huge water bugs in her box. I managed to unalive one but another made it out and under her house. I don’t remember signing up for giant roaches when I built this house.
I’m thinking they couldn’t harm her. But how do I keep them from going back inside her house? Impossible? In my neighborhood we all have pools and they are a fact of life. Thankfully they don’t come inside my house. But did hers 😖

Water bugs? Or roaches? Snap a pic for me?

You can use "Roach Motel" type glue traps to keep the numbers down.

They’re roaches but GIANT they wouldn’t even fit in a roach motel. Lol everyone colloquially calls them water bugs they hang around by pools at night. These were are bigger than my thumb. I don’t have any pictures. I just wanna keep them out of her house.

Oh I want some. Can you catch a couple dozen for me to start a colony?
