hi all,
I am from india i have a pair of star tortoise around 4.5 inch. Today morning i found puffiness in the eyes of gucci( tort name). What should i do?

That looks more like some sort of irritation or maybe he got poked by the other tortoise. You can buy some soothing eye ointment and dab it on the eye several times a day. If you can buy off Amazon, then you can find this product:

Can heat be a heat rash? Because here in india afternoon temprature is going 42 degree although they have proper hideout. From today onwards i have started keeping them indoor from 1pm to 4:30pm( peak temprature) and i soak them in the morning 10 AM and second at 5 PM for 20 mins each. I dont think prada poked gucci because they have been living together for last 2 years. And is there any major risk? And ill get the same ointment and will apply several times a day
