Finished enclosure

Finished the 6x8 enclosed planted some aloe, grape vine and opuntia cactus! I'll plant more and maybe a corner of grass. Tortoise is a lot happier and more active being outdoors!

Yea in the bottom right you can see th corner of the wood, it's being held up by cinder blocks that's where he goes to get out of the sun and I have about a foot wide piece of wood in Top of the enclosure to keep his water dish in the shade

Well I had a 3x4 tortoise house and he would try and climb out of it and scratch at it. So before he driver himself crazy or was injured I decided to get this done ASAP the entire project took us about 3 days. And we have an organic nursery by us that grows there plants there with nothing added so I purchased all the plants from there. What kind of grass would you suggest using?
