Finished my first one!

So I was going to build one but when I was out buying the wood I found this nice little tub thing usually used for growing flowers and stuff. It looks a little different than the picture because I've moved things around at least 10 times because he kept finding ways out. Also I've added a food and water station.

Cement mixing tub, Meggan. They are very good to use for tortoise habitats. Sometimes, though, the sides are not high enough and the tortoises escape them easily. You could throw together a wood framework that sits on the top and acts as a lip. That way you can have enough substrate and don't worry about the short sides.

I like your habitat. I'll bet the tortoise likes it too.

Looks nice. However, he will be able to climb out using that White figurine.:cool:

He tried getting out over the little statue once but wasn't very successful. I actually had to move the fake bushes he used those and got out! He's a crafty little guy!

Rt are very good at escaping, if face they are artists at it....lol
