I checked on my baby leopard right before 9am before I went to work. My partner checked on her around 1 in the afternoon and found her flipped over. Not sure how long she was like that? At what point does it become dangerous?

Only time will tell if there is serious damage.
But eating and drinking would be an excellent sign that all is well. In fact if he/she is eating, it's probably guaranteed that he is fine

Always give a soak right after finding them flipped.

update she seems to be fine. Gave her a soak right after finding her and she ate lots of foodI checked on my baby leopard right before 9am before I went to work.
