This tree is growing over the fence from my neighbor's yard. I can't see the trunk from my yard.

Looks like mock orange or some kind of a jasmin. Is it a tree or a bush?
I think it's a tree, but I can't see the trunk because of the fence so I can't be sure. You're right, it looks a lot like jasmine but the flowers have no smell, or at least not a good one. The leaves are flimsier than orange leaves.

Looks like a Mock Orange to me, multiple plants out there are called Mock Oranges and only based on how the flower resemble Orange trees flowers.

Did it cause any humans a giant sneezing fit? That's how I know it's a mock orange, lol!

Thank you!! Here are a few more pictures. I guess it looks like a mock orange. I'm allergic to a lot of things, but not this one. Why would anyone plant a mock orange when you could grow the real thing with its wonderful smelling blossoms and delicious fruit?

It looks like the mock orange called Philadelphus coronarius, according to the Tortoise Table.

I agree! But the one I'm used to is actually a boxwood and I usually see it used as a hedge.
