Mine do that, but usually the little guys are in front with the big ones following to inspect them.

Sometimes I forget about time when I just watch them. I got them outside the last 2 days since it's been above 60 at night. Best time is when they first wake up and start nosing around for breakfast. I planted a row of Hostas at the back of the pen, that's where they spend most of their time. Chillin under the big broad leaves.

IUCN lists the Burmese Star Tortoise as the 6th most critically endangered Turtle/Tortoise in the World.

In this picture, these baby Burmese stars are eating dandelion,plantain,
Chicory and clover. I cut it all up in small pieces and mix it all up.
