That is part as a small part of a varied diet, but it lacks fiber, and could probably use some help in the calcium and calcium to phosphorous ratio departments.

What species are you feeding it to? Adding some ZooMed Grassland pellets, some blended and rehydrated grass hay, or some real grass will help make it better.

It's a baby Herman it's only until I get his own food and I do use a cuttlebone for him I'm just asking is this ok for a short period and do you know if there's anything in this that could harm him

Nothing in there will harm him if you don't feed only that for long periods of time. That food alone won't meet his nutritional needs, but there is nothing toxic or harmful in it. The same can be said for most grocery store foods. If you must use grocery sotre foods, I would favor endive and escarole heavily, but the mix you posted will be good for variety too.

Spinach is known to bind with calcium and make it unavailable to the animal, but it is fine to feed it as part of a mix once in a while because it has benefits like being high in iron. Just don't feed large amounts of spinach every day.
