Thanks for your input! I'm not sure if i need another thread, but i'm also trying to figure out why he is so orange? The person who had him before me was feeding him all veggies. I'm not sure if that could have something to do with it or not.

He does look a little orange...

Could be diet related I suppose. Did he get much sunshine previously?

Honestly, Probably not. she had a UVB but when i went to pick him up, it wasn't even on. I asked if she ever let him out to graze and her response was " Yeah, but he hasn't been out in a long time, because we have a big dog in the back yard."

Also, I just found out that as a hatchling she had him in play sand and it dyed him, but i would think that 3 years would be enough time for that to go away. this is him as a hatchling after they dyed him with the play sand.

I can't imagine they soaked him often, so maybe that has something to do with the dyeing??
