Hi!

I have had box turtles, but this is my first Russian Tortoise. The lady at the pet store said it is a she, but I’m starting to second guess. She also didn’t know age. Any ideas? I am in love. I would like to give it a name and I don’t want to just pick gender neutral.

Might be female. The cloaca /vent should be really close to the shell. Here's a picture of a male.
