Nice. That is a real natural looking pen. It puts mine to shame.
Nice tortoises as well:)

Thanks guys! One is 6 and the other is 8. I wish there was more grass for them (well, all the turtles), but the ground is really hardpacked clay and it just doesn't grow well.

Thanks for the comments.

Very nice, mine always perk up when I water the pen and drink out of the mud puddles as well. Good looking torts

Maybe you can get a Rubbermaid tote, something like this:

And make holes at the bottom, and fill it with some good soil to grow grass in?

Thanks bouaboua and AbdullaAli, much appreciated.

I've thought about getting little totes like that, AA. Where are those available? Are they online? I'll have to do some searching. I do have several big Rubbermaid stock tanks (150-300 gallon) that I have some grass growing in that I can rotate some of the smaller tortoises into and out of. I just wish that I had soil conducive to growing grass in their yards so that they could graze freely, rather than for a couple of hours whenever I have a chance to put them into the stock tanks.

You can buy them. You can use Rubbermaid containers & Christmas tree storage boxes. You can buy them online. I think you can buy some good topsoil, and place the container in the ground to grow some grass.
Here is a site I found:
