I just wanted to say thank you to all the people who have given me links and information for my 3-toed box turtle. I found out he is a she. I tried calling her Wilma instead of Wilson, but it is not working out, so Wilson it is. I have been feeding this poor baby strawberries, apples, broccoli, and spinach now for almost a year. I went out a few days ago and dug up a bunch of grub worms, earthworms, and rollie pollie bugs. She loves the rollies and earthworms. I hope that I have not starved this poor baby. I also was soaking her about once a week and now I am doing it daily. She loves it. I should have read up on taking care of her before I made her a pet. I am learning quickly that they can be fun. Again, I just want to thank you all who have helped with advice on taking care of Wilson.
