Green beans

Can my Hermanni have some of these cooked? I would like him to have some extra protein once in a month. They would be frozen and I would cook them as The tortoise table say they contain something bad which goes away on high temperatures.

Haha! Not sure about peas (seem to recall there was some reson not to feed) but your English is great! I didn't even realize from your posts that it was not your first language

Well thank you dear Pearly, it means a lot . Actually I've spent three years in Winston-Salem, NC when I was a child, went in preschool there and then we returned back. We got homesick . Although I do plan to visit someday, we still have friends there! Airplane tickets are crazy expensive so it'll wait. But I love America, brings happy memories...

I have fed both peas and greens beans on rare occasion to my tortoises over the years. I fed the greens beans raw, and the peas were frozen and thawed, but never cooked.

I feed them to our tropical fish, but I just defrost them and take the skin off.
