pumpkin is awesome! especially right now I get 2lbs little pumpkins for 50 cents... I boil one in a stock pot and when the skin falls off I let it cool & feed/store it. Keeps four days in tupperware but if you have a food saver i noticed I can keep pumpkins for weeks if frozen or in the fridge for two weeks...

I've never used it for anything before, I just gave them some raw scrapings from the inside, is that ok? They loved it they were running after me for more I have a spare one so will try boiling ans saving, thanks
