Congrats. I know this was a tough winter worrying about them both. Have a great spring/summer/fall.
Thankyou I'm having to move another flat but it is ground floor and Jacky and Daisy will be able to spend many happy hours outside.

I'm glad they are OK but keep an eye on them; torts don't cuddle and close contact is usually a sign of one tort telling another to get out of his territory - it can become even more aggressive.
Yes they used to shove each other in the old tortoise house. I can generally feed Jacky and Daisy together except when it comes to strawberries as Daisy will eat Jacky's.

Just got back from work and found Jacky still a sleep. I am wary that they say that the weather will turn colder next week so I am not going to feed her too much. She is currently in the garden soaking up the rays but she has been in this family for over eighty years so I know what to do. Just looked out the window and she is waking up and looking around.

Good evening everyone,
I am expecting to move on the 12th April and all this time Jacky has been in the pet carrier and Daisy in the enclosure. I will have to dismantle the enclosure at some point so I will be trying to put Jacky and Daisy in the pet carrier together. They have been living hibernating together for nearly eighty years except this winter.

It's going to be fun having them in the pet carrier together, I'm sure ! But it won't be for long as you will soon have their new enclosure ready - I hope you will send more photos when they get there. I will be thinking of you on 12 April - you have done brilliantly keeping them well and happy.
