Okay Jacqui, at first I thought you made it up. But I searched the net and lo & behold, there is actually a World Turtle Day!

What I don't understand is why it isn't a national holiday. We should all get the day off (with pay of course) to celebrate and admire our turtles! Imagine how slow that parade would be!

Okay, it should at least be a celebrated holiday on TFO at the very least!
