Every morning when i go down the tortoise shed I take BENNY B ( a 6 month old Tunisian spur thigh) down and put him in the table with his mother and father for half hour or so,
Well this morning I forgot to bring him back up,i finally rememered when i was standing in supermarket queue, frantically rushed home expecting some calamity to find them all sitting under basking lamp.
The father who I thought might be nasty to him was fine
Do the parents know that is their baby and at what age will Benny be able to live in there permanently

No. the parents don't have any claim or attachment at all to their offspring. The female digs a hole, deposits the eggs, buries it and leave it, never giving it another thought. You just lucked out that they left him alone. I wouldn't put a baby with adults until he's at least halfway grown.

I think you were lucky to find him safe to be honest.
I'm always very wary of mixing tortoises with a considerable size difference, especially considering the damage juveniles can do to smaller siblings, let alone adults.
