No way to really say based upon age. The way the tortoise has been kept and the way it was started the first several weeks when it hatched makes all the difference in the world.
35g is still very small and certainly what we consider a baby. At this point the most important thing is consistent weight gain. Weigh your tortoise weekly. The same time in your care routine. For example after the daily soak. You want to see weight gain certainly on a monthly basis. A well started, healthy baby leopard with proper setup and diet should be gaining about 5-15% of their weight monthly. Don't worry if there is a week of none or a little loss. But over the course of a month, no gain or a loss is a problem.
