So recently I took my darling back to her vet (who still has discharge) after being told that she has gotten a bit better and being switched onto a different medicine now, her vet suggested I look into getting her a heat mat so I'm wondering what heat mats would be good for a 50 gallon terrarium that is also cleanable. The only one I've seen interested so far in is a Allied Pets one on HerpSupplies.

For an under the tank heater I recommend ultra therm heat mats. Low wattage, don't get extremely hot.

I don't think you'll find something that would fit in the tank that's authorized for use with substrate and wetness/humidity.

Using any kind of heat mat, they can also be placed on the wall of the enclosure if you're worried about overheating the underside of the turtle.

If it's a matter of providing additional heat without additional light, Ceramic heat emitters are also commonly used.

I'll only have it on the dry side where she sleeps (and spends most of her time). I also already use a ceramic heat emitter which I pretty much keep on all day/night.
