Help!!!!!1 sulcata not moving

I really need help, i am scared! One of my sulcata torotoise wasn't moving this morning when I take her out to eat. She stayed in her shell and not moving, I got her in the water and same not moving. She is all in her shell. And not moving when I touch her. I can't do anything now because I am at school but like help please.

When you say you got her in the water, was it a warm water soak? I'd put her in a warm water soak for 30 minutes and see if she moves at all. Warm water usually allows tortoises to relax and encourages them to defecate.
