When I got him he had a tough shell and was energetic. Now his shell is like a rubber ball and he doesn't wake up unless I move him to his food. He barely eats and also has paste like feces. I also noticed some grey in his eyes. I feed him every day and soak every other day. I have an average temperature of 90-95 and the basking spot of 100+. He has multiple hiding spots below 85. I recently upgraded to a UVB bar I stead of bulb. I feed him calcium every day.

Get the over all temp down to 80-85 with humidity of 80% and basking 95-100. Give warm water soaks daily and if it's warm enough to get him some natural sunlight, also do this but be sure to provide shade.
Do you know how this baby was raised before you got it? Hot and humid or hot and dry?
I would put some baby food pured carrots and piedialyte in the soak water daily. Be sure the baby doesn't get cold. Good luck.

Hi, and welcome to the Forum!

What do you mean by '...UVB bar...'? Are you talking about a fluorescent tube? Or do you mean one of those compact fluorescent bulbs?

Hi
Take him to the Vets ASAP. Let him do a fecal maybe there are some parasites that need to be dealt with.

How long have you had the tortoise? What type of UVB did he have before you changed to the one you have now? What size is the tortoise? May we see a pic of the tortoise? Face, legs and over all pic?
