Help! Doing weird spinning?

I took my trousers out for his soak today and then let him sun bask outside and noticed he started doing a weird nose dive. He won’t stop looking at the ground and continues to crawl in circles?! Does anyone have any experience with this? It looks like something is bother him but I can not see any signs on the outside.

Check his underside and make sure there's nothing stuck, also check between his neck and shell on top.

Is there any shade he can get into? Could he be overheated?

Find the issue. He had a bit of dandelion leaf stuck on the side of his mouth that seas trying to get lol
