Help identifying

Hi all!
what kind of tortoise is this? This girl on Facebook thinks it’s a Sulcata but I knew it wasn’t. I know the pictures aren’t great but you can see middle scute behind head and I think front legs are smoothish.

Not a Sulcata, gopher tortoise maybe? Where is the person located?

I agree. Not a sulcata. Appears to be Gopherus. It sure looks a lot like a DT, but I can't be sure from the pics. I don't have any experience with the gopher tortoises of Florida, and there are some similarities.
