Help my baby sulcata was upside down

Now he is acting weird. His mouth is open and he is disorented. Help

How long was he upside down? it is possible he is/was disoriented from the experience.

Possibly. He was upside down for possibly a couple hrs. He is disoriented and is opening his mouth. It looks like he's choking

I don't think he is choking, A coupe of hours could stress out and maybe (I stress maybe) do some harm since it is not their natural state. I would watch him for now and if in the next day or so he does not improve I would probably take him to a vet, unless someone else comes along with a better explanation.
