Help! (not eating)

Hi guys, I just made this account and I have a Russian tortoise. I would say I have had her for about 5 years. Lately she hasn't been eating much and has been sleeping a lot. She usually loves when I take her out of her enclosure to go outside but lately she hasn't been doing much exploring. This has never happened before so I'm really nervous. Does anyone have any ideas of what's going on and what I can do to help???

If you post a pic of the torts enclosure and it’s temps , we will be able to better help . I might guess it needs 12-13 hours of uv light and warmer temps .
