Hey so I hear weeds are really good for Russians but what ones are best, easy to grow, and easy to find? What greens are best to give him? Also, what kinds of bedding should I put in my new tortoise table?

They like to dig in, so I would use some plain dirt, pesticide and fertilizer free. Also, check out thetortoisetable, org and the tortoise library for edible plants, weeds and flowers.

Check out the plant ID section here on the forum. There is a thread that shows a whole bunch of the more common ones.

There are different ones in different parts of the country. Where are you?
Here are a few: dandelion, sow thistle, thistle, filaree, henbit, hawkbit, mallow, dollar weed, wild mustard, wild onion, wild garlic, plantain, cinqfoil, clover...there are a ton more. You can also feed mulberry leaves, grape leaves, hibiscus leaves and flowers, opuntia cactus, jade plant, ice plant, red apple ice plant, cape honey suckle, gazanias, nasturtiums, pansies, alyssum, roses, carnations, geraniums... The list is endless.
