I need help in knowing my torts sex. Please let me know.

I see, first one is definitely a male. Can you take a better picture of the second one? Where we can see the whole tail. 3 year olds is still young, males will stay males, but females can turn into males almost over night.

I agree the tops looks very male and the bottom looks female at the moment

If I'm remembering correctly, the above diagram is for Testudo species. It doesn't pertain to all species.

I agree with "Star-of-India" that these are both females.

I picture with tails extended would help confirm this, but just looking at the anal scutes and what I can make out of the tails, these both appear female.
