Help with outdoor enclosure

Hello, we are working on an outdoor enclosure for the red foot torts we are getting. When we get them they will be small, but we are making the enclosure for when they grow as well. How deep do they usually dig so that we can make sure they can't escape! :) thanks!

They generally don't dig. Especially if you offer clean straw\hay in their house.
Built your housing up a little on a mound and start in an area of yard that does no flood.

Are you in SOUTH Florida? I still have a nice Igloo shaped dog house that is FREE. (It's actually pictured in the number two photo.)
Oh, I see you're in Venice. That's a hike to drive for a dog house....
