So I'm a little worried about my tortoise. I have a UVA bulb an a heating bulb but no UVB. I know UVB creates D3 which is needed to absorb calcium. I give it it's D3 in its calcium but should I still give it a UVB? I do have a spot outside for it when the weather is nice and warm for her. Try to everyday at least for an hour but should I still be concerned of if it's getting all that's needed?

I think you should just get a mercury vapor bulb. It has both UVA and UVB. But if she's getting sun for at least an hour, it should be fine. You would need one if she's kept inside, like during cold seasons.
