We are all rooting for her. Just an idea incase you haven't yet. Have you asked or searched what are some of their favorite foods. Some that they just can't resist. And try some of those, just to get her eating more. Then you can sneak in the greens. I have a leopard that loves Christmas cactus. The only thing he will never turn down. Just an idea, not that you don't already have a nice varity for her:D

Shes adorable....so glad shes feeling better! I doubt she'll go for the grass while shes being finicky, Levi eats like a horse hasn't shown much interest in dried grasses yet.

Yes I asked everyone a few days ago what are some great treats and then I tried them.. Cactus, pumpkin, many fruits and veggies and baby foods. Tried hand feeding her with probably 15 different foods, she would
Smell but not eat anything BUT the baby food banana, squash and sweet potato and she tends to eat the Timothy hay. I think it's familiar to her sense that's what the let store fed her. The greens she ate when she was better but not for the past 2 weeks. Still I try. And she used to like cactus. Soooo she has cactus, spring mix, Timothy hay, pumpkin and banana baby food all sprinkled with calcium. Hopfully she eats one of them on her own when she wakes.

Sounds like she has a pretty epic meal waiting for her...I'm sure she'll find something she thinks is worth a few bites. And that really cool that she's actually eating the hay...you won't have a problem switching her to grass when she's older if she keeps it up.

My Little Guy Would Take A Couple Bites Of Hay, But Never Devoured it As a Meal

Careful with the sweet potatoe, sugar can do serious damage to tortoises. Other than that looks good!

Yes she likes the hay. I can only think it was because that's what she ate at the let store.

Isn't sweet patato better then nothing at this point? And it's getting the calcium in her...

Yes you are absolutely right, don't worry. When you have a little one as sick as yours has been you give them anything that they will eat to get them better except for like dog food or something extreme like that.
Lots of treats if it gets them to eat when they are very sick is fine, in the end it will be better for your tortoise. Once she really starts eating again you won't give it to her that much lol
I don't think they were following your whole story, thats why its extremely, extremely important to read all posts before throwing advice out.

When my little guy was sick, I would mix ground up hay (put through a food processor), mazuri, grass and greens with his treat of choice which is pumpkin, fresh or canned 100% pure puree. I would finely chop everything up together and then I could mix all his vitamins in it as well. At first the majority of the mix would be pumpkin, and then I gradually decreased it as he was feeling better.
Worked like a charm to get him to eat healthy stuff while he was healing.
