Just wanted some advice please. I have a Hermanns tortoise which I have successfully hibernated using the fridge method for the past six years. I fasted him for three weeks before hibernating him in November. I have weighed him regularly and kept check on temperatures ranging from 5- 6 degrees. I checked him this morning and he was was in a deep sleep but roused when I checked him over. I just opened the fridge this evening and noticed he had emerged from his shredded paper and was beginnig to stir. Do I need to get him up tonight or leave him until the morning when I can check him throughout the day?
