I have a 2.5 years old Hermann, awake from the hibernation on mid March She’s pretty weak and underweight (58gr) I do not know much about her since she’s given to me on last September by my neighbour who’s no longer looked after her and it was my first tort.

The vet ran a fecal test and found out that she had infestation of mix ASCRARID / OXYURID.
she was prescribed with a PANACUR cream to be applied to her food for 10 days. I did not see any improvement then I decided to bring her to another exotic animal specialist in tortoise.
She had another fecal test, and the result was the same. Her mouth was pale and the vet ran the herpes test. I got the result, thank goodness it’s negative.
My tort’s appetite was on and off, she pooped every 2 days (sometimes watery), not very active (tend to sleep – usually at 2pm was already sleeping and awake at 8 am, is that normal?) She kept rubbing on her eyes and I noticed her eyes were not dark clear). She was given eye ointment, Tobral for 1 week though I did not see any improvement.
This vet did another fecal test, this time she had Flagellate. She was given Metronidazole (given orally with feeding tube). According to this vet, PANACUR may be too strong which was prescribed by the previous vet) for this tort. He’s also suggested EPATO3 (1 drop a day) it’s a natural supplement to protect & restore the liver.
The third time I came, the test still showing parasite positive. The vet suggested to continue the therapy for at least 3 times (once a week). Is that takes that long to get rid of the parasite problem in tortoise?
In the past 2 months, she gained weight 7 gr, however I noticed her eyes got worse, like a white patch (especially on her right eye) and she continues rubbing on her eyes, my concern was all these treatment had caused her eyes became worse or she had another infection? If so, how to find it out?
I am not sure if I should continue with the treatment, if it would make her condition worse.

I was not able to ask this vet until my next appointment on Friday. Today I found out she had popped 3 times (mostly watery) and often rubbing her eyes.
I bathed her once a day, and every 2 days I gave her carrot bath. I feed her some chicory, radicchio, lamb lettuce, slices of zucchini and once a while slices fo apple and once a while some pellets (she loved it) . She lives in the enclosure (110cm x 45cm) at the balcony. I use a mix of coco coir & bark for the substrate. Sometimes it gets too dry, I am thinking of changing the substrate to top soil but I have a difficulty to find it here in where I lived. I am thinking of getting some potting mix but most of them have fertilizer in it, so I am still checking around. The weather where I am living is very hot these days, day time will reach to 35 degrees and night time 23/25 degrees so I do not use any lamp.

While I am waiting for the vet appointment I was wondering what can I do in the meantime and any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
I attached some of the pictures of her eyes and her enclosure as well
Thanks in advance
O.T
