Hermanns, how many Toes?

I have recently taken in 2 Hermanns both hatched July 2016, with papers. However 1 has five toes on each front foot and the other has 4. Are they both Hermanns? Both appear to be female.

This is an older one I’ve recently taken in with shell rot. She is under treatment. Not sure what breed she is if anyone can help. Not a spur thigh though.
