He's gained 3lbs!!!

We rescued Dozer on July 9th. He was in a bit of a sorry state and quite timid. I weighed him on July 22nd at 10.4lbs. Today he's 13.4lbs. He's very friendly, chases us down for food and loves shell scratches.

Hoping someone can tell me if that's a healthy weight gain please?
