Aaaaaaahahahahaaaa!! One of my rescue boxies tried to bite me a couple times because I was pissing him off royally by digging him up out of the ground and cleaning him off then trying to get something thick sticky and slime like out of his mouth (I think a suuuuper sticky-slimey slug met his fate at the beak of my ferocious hunter) because he was having trouble opening his mouth very far. After I got enough out from between his upper and lower beak that he could open up enough for me to scoop the rest from the inside, he decided to thank me by attempting to bite me two times in succession.
Luckily, he's a turtle. Slooooow. I saw it coming from light years away.
So that begs the question; how'd he get a chance to bite you?! They're so slow! Haha!
More important; you okay? He didn't break the skin, did he?
