Hiding a lot?

Hi! Just a quick question. I have a RT and he likes to hide under his log a lot lately. We have had him for approx 4-5 months and he has just started doing this recently. It is starting to concern me. Should I be worried? Thanks!

what is your setup what are your temps and pictures if possible to hot or two cold can cause them to wanna hide but if young tort then its expected they hide

His cool side is around 70 hot side around 85-90 I am wondering if maybe he is hiding when it is close to when his light normally shuts off and he goes to sleep.

Mine also digs down to sleep. She also changes her "spot" every few months.
