I just recently built my RT a larger home, it is 8 feet by 4 feet.

I think it looks good. So nice to see a larger inside enclosure. Do you also have an outdoor enclosure for him? In Tucson he could live mostly outside. The only thing I see that should be changed is the temp gauge. Those kind don't work real good and should be lower, more at tort level.

Thanks! For some reason your comment didn’t show up for me until just now. Hmm. But yeah I live in an apartment right now but in a year I will be in a house and he will have even more space with REAL grass lol. I have a sunning place for them but it isn’t very safe so I sit with him every second. The only way he could escape is if a critter got him tho. I just bought a digital temp gauge for my Sulcata hatchling. It works great, I figured I would buy one for my Russian when I move him outside semi permanently. I read his temps are fine as long as they don’t really drop below 60s and humidity doesn’t really matter as long as he has a humid hide and is hydrated. Is this correct?
