Is it good for my sulcata to eat lemon holly hock?

Lemon? If its the same species as regular holly hock, then yes. @Prairie Mom sent me some seeds last year and my tortoises are loving the leaves and occasional flowers. My varieties are pink and red.

Yes, all varieties of Hollyhock are good tortoise food.

Since you're in Colorado, you should consider freezing some of the leaves for winter feeding. These freeze and thaw perfectly.
