I'm sure this has been covered but our country road was paved about a month ago and they sprayed the sides with hydro seed. It's to perfect not to feed so I hope I can. Please hurry because I'm weedeating now

I would wait a year or two could have pesticides/ herbicides.
They might have sprayed any number of things on the ground prior to spraying that hydro seed down. Weed killers, pre-emergent fertilizers...etc.
I did a very quick search, this was the first entry:
