Which bird seed is best

Hey I'm looking for some bird seed to grow on the tortoise setup and in a bin. Which Is best. Is sunflower safe? I'm also in Canada so if you know pf stores that also are in Canada that would sell the same thing try to name some seed fro

I think the wild bird fare and the health diet song bird mix would be the ones I would choose, I would use ones with the largest variety of seed mixes in it...this will increase your chance of growth....Just what I would do...
