I need help for a food list

So I need help for buying foods for my sulcata rite know Im giving him lettuce,broccoli,carrots,sometimes cactus leafs and calcium powder.i don't know what else to give him I need to make a lists of things to get him oh and Timothy hay.

does he get to graze outside in the grass ans sunshine?
babies dont eat hay very well. you have to chop it and put over greens.
Dark leafy greens... weeds, mulbery, grape leaves....limit the brocoli and carrot..
dont forget Humidity..

I plant rye grass seed when the weather starts cooling down. It grows really fast and they love it. IMO, it's a lot easier than messing with hay, which I've never been able to get my guys to eat. Of course, if you're in an apartment or something, this information is probably useless to you. Unless you tort is tiny and you have a patio or someplace you could grow a couple of containers. ???? Either way, grass is good!!!

The majority of his diet = greens, grasses and hay

Greens:

• collards
• mustards
• turnip greens
• Spring Mis salad
• chard
• romaine lettuce
• leaf lettuce

Hay:

• Orchard Grass
• Timothy hay

Sparingly (less than 15% of the diet)
Vegetables:

• zucchini
• squash
• carrots

Fruitsoccasional treats)

• tomato
• strawberries
• apples
• mango
• papaya
• banana

• ZooMed Grassland Tortoise Diet
